Notes for Posting Announcements of Programmes of Activities #

  • 有關活動/節目為全港性活動。
  • 有關活動/節目必須為非牟利性質。
  • 主辦機構為非牟利團體, 非政府服務機構, 政府及相關部門。
  • 主辦機構必須在不少於舉行日期前兩星期把有關活動/節目資料發送至本網站，少於舉行日期前兩星期的活動/節目概不接受。
  • 有關活動/節目的主題為與長者、護老者、安老或其他相關內容。
  • 有關活動/節目的對象可包括市民及公眾人士。
  • 房協保留最終發佈與否的權利。
  • 網站工作人員需三至五個工作天處理發佈申請。
  • The activity is organized on a territory-wide basis.
  • The activity is non-profit-making.
  • The organizing body is non-profit-making such as Non-Governmental Organizations, Government bodies or Quasi-Government bodies, etc.
  • The announcement should reach WES two weeks before the date on which the activity will be held. Announcements which reach WES within two weeks of the programme date will not be posted.
  • The themes of the activities should be related to the elderly, carers, and around issues of ageing.
  • Target participants can include the general public.
  • Hong Kong Housing Society reserves the right to reject unsuitable announcements.
  • Processing time for announcements submitted to WES is from three to five days.
