「一圖看清」海報系列主要介紹「樂齡安樂窩」中的不同概念，包括長者友善家居、智友善家居、樂齡科技等。

《銀髮家居DIY》是由房協長者安居資源中心的職業治療師團隊攜手合作，總結過往在社區改善長者家居的經驗，分享在日常生活，長者或照顧者如何透過簡單的設計、改裝及添置傢具，締造一個適合自己的「樂齡安樂窩」。

認知障礙症人士會出現不同程度的記憶力缺損，對身處環境也容易產生混淆，在家中使用清楚的標貼提示，可減少他們出現混亂的情況。標貼提示可有不同類型的用途，如提示物件擺放位置，提示日常自理步驟等。

「智醒金卡」從多方面著手，包括飲食、運動、日常活動、家居佈置及記憶策略，重點介紹如何增強記憶，及減少患上認知障礙症的風險。

照顧者可從生活入手，讓認知障礙症人士透過參與日常活動，延緩認知功能衰退的情況。
照顧者可為患者制定日程表，並張點於當眼處，讓患者維持活動和社交能力，作息有序。
