Located on the 7th to 9th floor of The Tanner Hill, the Residential Care Home For The Elderly ("RCHE") provides one-stop quality service to residents, which includes nursing, personal care, rehabilitation and counselling, taking holistic care of their wellbeing physiologically and psychologically in realisation of a carefree, independent and respectful lifestyle.
We are actively initiating innovative services and leveraging geotechnology to address the needs of the elderly. In addition, we have launched a wide range of diversified training programs and activities aimed at delaying the physical and cognitive deterioration of elders.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Nano and Advanced Materials Institute (NAMI), the application of Biocide-free Germ-repellent Plastic Bottles, Super HEPA-grade Air Purification Medias, Washable Antiviral and Antibacterial Textiles and Smart Protection Material Floor Mats at where skilled care services are provided, has created a hygienic and safe living environment for our elderly and caregivers.
Our services are also highly recognized by the industry and have won numerous awards, including the “Facility of the Year – Day Care Centre” (2023), the “Operator of the Year - Residential Aged Care” (2022) and the “Best Home Care Operator” (2021) by Ageing Asia at the Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards, which also known as the “Oscars” in the eldercare sector.

With the tremendous support of in-house multi-disciplinary professionals consisting of nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, healthcare officers, plus regular visits of medical practitioners who would be involved in individual healthcare planning, worry-free living is reassured. For provision of meals, the menus are specially designed by dietitians and chefs, to maintain a balanced diet without compromising too much on flavours, textures and appearances.

Facilities Overview
Accommodates up to 117 residents across 3 floors with 18 rooms on each floor. We offer twin bedrooms and 5-bed rooms. Each room is equipped with electrically-operated beds, a stand-alone bathroom, private bedside curtains and other amenities. The interior design is aesthetically-pleasing, while balcony is available in some of the rooms.
The Tanner Hill Joyous Circle attaches importance to air quality, by adopting a series of sanitary measures to safeguard the health of residents and staff. We have been awarded with the Indoor Air Quality Certificate (Good Class) by the Environmental Protection Department in the past consecutive years:
- A disinfection robot with auto-navigation system patrols every corner for conducting disinfection regularly every day;
- 3 independent ‘negative pressure’ sick bays are available in the Residential Care Home for the Elderly, for temporary isolation of residents in need to reduce the risk of cross-infection;
- Equipped with ‘UVC germicidal lighting’ for fresh air intake, and ‘high intensity ultraviolet’ for air output in the ventilation system, which enable killing of moulds, germs and viruses;
- Collaborated with NAMI to apply Super HEPA-grade Air Purification Medias for effectively purifying bacteria and air particulates at locations providing skilled care services;
- Deployment of medical grade b-Mola NCCO air treatment units for effective absorption and decomposition of air pollutants, providing excellent sterilisation and deodorisation effects.
Residential Care Home for the Elderly provides both long and short term accommodations. Applicants may choose among the plans that suit their needs.
Long Term Accommodation
Duration of long stay has to be more than 31 days. Apart from monthly accommodation charge, care services fee will be charged by Residential Care Home for the Elderly based on the care level. Care services fees include provision of care service, necessary consumable products such as diaper and medical care product. An assessment fee of $2,000 will be payable upon submission of application for the care level assessment to be conducted by the skilled service team.(Important notes)
Short Term Accommodation
Duration of short stay can be from 3 days to 30 days. Daily accommodation charge does NOT include consumable products.(Important notes)
Effective from 1 June 2025
- Accommodation charge commence from the date of admission until the date of discharge
- Long-term stay residents must serve at least 30-day notice in writing to withdraw from our services
- Long lease tenants of The Tanner Hill enjoy special discount
